Radiator repair, and so much more
After gathering those car repair shop referrals, check with your local Better Business Bureau to see if any complaints have been lodged against any of those shops. If not, you can begin making calls to the car repair shops for information on hourly rates and whether they charge for diagnostics. You would also be wise to inquire whether these car repair shops guarantee their work and whether they use well maintained, state of the art equipment in their repair jobs. Also ask if the shops are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and whether they employ ASE certified master technicians. Once you have settled on a car repair shop, make sure the technician gives you a written repair estimate, so you know exactly what to expect.
